What You'll Be Making

Most macrame keychains come together with just a couple of base knots -- square knots and half hitches -- finished off with a larks head loop to attach it to a ring and a fishtail braid or trimmed tassel at the end. A thinner cord, around 2mm, keeps the knots crisp and easy to see, while a thicker 5mm cord gives a chunkier, more textured result.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Items must come back unworn, unwashed, with their original packaging and tags still attached, together with your proof of purchase.

Email contact@hippie-world.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization. We will send you the instructions — parcels sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

We charge no restocking fee. If the item is defective, damaged or simply not the one you ordered, we cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label. If you changed your mind on a size or a color, return shipping is on you.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizes are listed in the selector on this page. Shoes, dresses and rings show both the EU size and its US equivalent, and bracelet lengths are given in inches. Between two sizes? Email us the product name and the size you usually wear in the US before you order.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at contact@hippie-world.com.
