1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following destinations:

United States and Canada
France and all European Union countries, including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy and Finland
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates

2. ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

Our goal is to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time)
Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time (Shipping Duration): 6 – 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday) for the United States. For all other destinations, transit times vary by country; your tracking link shows the estimated delivery date.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 12 Business Days for the United States.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to every destination listed above.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 24 hours. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGED GOODS

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@hippie-world.com.
